Overnight ,  your  body  is  at  rest  and  considered  to  be  “fasting”    and  its  recommended  the  average  person get  8   hours  of  sleep  (children  need  at least 10)   a  day ;this  is  a  long  time  to  go  without  eating ! so  if  you  don’t   in  the  morning,  your  body  won.’t  get  the  energy  needed  for   the  day ;this  affect  concentration  mood  and  weight maintenance.So  without breakfast  you are effectively  running  on  empty,  like  trying  to  star the car  with  no  petrol.

3.Eating  breakfast  has  been  associated  with  a lower incidence  of   heart  disease.

 

4.Studies  have  shown that  the  people  who  eat  breakfast   consume  more  vitamins , minerals and  fiber  throughout  the  day.

 

5.Eating  breakfast can  actually  give  you  a  mental  edge .  Stable  glucose  levels  can  help  your  ability  to focus , reason and   process information.

 

6.  Starting  your morning  with  breakfast  will  boost  your metabolism.
